Hamcearca Community Center for Integrated Services
Hamcearca Commune is located in Tulcea County, in the S-E Development Region of the country, administering the following villages: Balabancea, Hamcearca, Nifon and Căprioara. The population of the commune at the 2011 census was 1393 inhabitants. From the point of view of ethnic diversity, at the local level there is a majority population (83%) and a Roma population (16.57%).
The Hamcearca Community Center will be staffed by a community team consisting of a community integrated service center coordinator, a doctor, a community nurse, a health mediator, an employment expert, a school mediator, a community facilitator and a legal expert.
